$0 liver and gut detoxifier? Dandelion greens and roots!
Here is one of my favorite quick ways to incorporate dandelion:
Blend:
-beets
-dandelion roots and greens
-lemon (or apple cider vinegar)
-onion (or garlic)
-cold-pressed hempseed oil
-sea salt
*Splash dandelions with boiling water for 5 sec if they turn out too fibrous for you.
Eat with nori sheets.
Yum.
