Are you eating lots of nutritious raw food, but still craving something you don’t know? Or feel like you are missing some nutrients?
 
Eat a variety of greens and herbs every day. These must organic.
 
Greens and herbs are your daily multivitamin and multimineral. They greatly decrease the chance of deficiencies and cravings.
 
Take 5-10 different types of greens, add lemon/lime, a little bit of avocado (or other good raw fat) and blend everything. Eat this smoothie slowly.
 
Throw in wild green as well. For example, dandelion greens, lamb’s quarter, milk thistle.
 
Eat such type of green smoothie EVERY DAY and observe the difference in how you feel just within a week.
