Are you having difficulty staying full on raw food?

Wish you felt full like you used to on a cooked diet?
 
Have at least 2 meals a day that are high in resistant starch and protein!
 
Here are 3 examples of such meals:
 
1. Overnight soaked naked oat. Add raisins on top
 
2. Overnight soaked ground teff flour. Add pieces of mango and 1 tbsp of melted coconut oil on top (below). See recipe here.
 
3. Overnight soaked ground tigernuts. Add raspberries on top
