Are you craving sometimes something chewy, crispy, salty, or different? But still want it to be minimally heat treated?
1.Dehydrate (any vegetable, fruit or mushroom)
2. Slightly smoke while having a fire (bell pepper. Or any veggie)
3. Freeze (apple juice, banana. Or anything that comes from fruit)
4. Cut into pieces and sprinkle salt over (removes water and softens the texture. Beets. Or any veggie basically)
