Cravings… on raw vegan/vegan diet

Do you sometimes get extreme cravings to eat some of your favourite cooked food, or even cheese or eggs, or maybe even meat?
Don’t fight those cravings too much.
Remember that forbidden apple is always the sweetest!
And whatever you fight, fights back!
If you can’t resist something, eat just a little bit, tasting every bite.
Otherwise, if you continue fighting those cravings it would only increase the desire, and eventually you may end up eating a LOT of that.
