Do you like to eat vegan ‘junk’ food often, rather than abundance of greens and veggies?
 
Do you live in a cloudy climate?
 
If yes, you may run short on fat-soluble vitamins, which are essential.
 
Please see functions and sources of vitamin A, D2, K2, and E below (disregard animal sources, which are no longer your sources; just for your reference).
 
Now, to ensure absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, include a small amount of fat when eating greens, leafy greens, orange-coloured veggies, or mushrooms.
 
For example, a small piece of avocado, or 1/3 teaspoon of extra virgin coconut or hempseed oil is perfect.
