This first week of winter was dedicated to coming up with this special report. It’s short and sweet.
I’ve titled it How to relax your mind in less than 10 minutes and thus be more rested & get more done (what I do).
This might sound like something random as I usually talk about nutrition on this blog.
But I wanted to share what really helps me rest my mind throughout the day. In addition to eating clean raw foods, nearly daily jogging, and a few other things.
As a result of this practice, I can get relatively more done and juice the day more (enjoy the day more, so to speak).
I’ve been introduced to this technique about 10 years ago when searching for ways to improve my vision.
In the last year, I’ve been doing it almost every day and often up to 4-5 times per day. And also, before I forget, in Asia, various meditation practitioners have been doing it for millennia.
Like I said, the report is pretty short and overall not much different from a regular blog post. I tell what works for me. Yet, I believe, you will find it valuable. Valuable, regardless of what you put in your mouth or even if the mouse-clicking is the only type of exercise you do 🙂 . Moreover, who knows, the trick might even become your habit!
