Transitioning to raw vegan foods

Are you going raw cold turkey?
From a meat and potato diet?
Don’t stress too much about the amount of calories you consume and how you combine your foods.
In other words, eat as much as you want and what you want as long as it’s raw whole foods.
However, use common sense and try to let go of eating after 6 pm.
Keep in mind, that it is fine only in the first couple months when the body is transitioning and releasing toxins.
Then, ideally, you will need to watch your calories, food combining, fat intake.
