A few weeks ago I made this raw vegan topping / dip from hemp seeds to put on top of a vegan pasta to enjoy with my very best friend.
Didn’t take a photo. Came out tasting like a ‘professionally prepared gourmet raw vegan dish’. In other words – amazing and satisfying – but very simple too!
Obviously, I didn’t measure anything.
Ingredients:
- hemp seeds
- organic lemons
- Cayenne pepper
- organic garlic granules (optional)
- Himalayan salt (very optional)
Directions:
1. Cut each lemon in half and ‘juice’ it with a spoon using circular motions.
2. Add hemp seeds, Cayenne pepper, garlic granules and blend until smooth. If needed, add more hemp seeds or lemon juice to make the topping moderately runny.
