Bad cravings for something non-vegan?

Got really bad cravings for something non-vegan or cooked?
 
Don’t fight it. Because it will fight back.
 
Instead, have a bite and take notice of every sensation in your mouth.
SAVOUR it.
 
And think – is the flavour really worth it?
 
Do I see myself eating it every day, again?
 
Do I see myself promoting pain and death to the beautiful furry creatures?
 
Who also have feelings and feel fear and pain just like us?
