Ingredients for high-protein, electrolyte-rich shake

Tri-coloured quinoa.
 
Sprouted.
 
Ready for the blender for a high-protein and electrolyte-rich shake.
 
I will also throw 3-4 different greens (including 1/2 cup dandelions) and approximately 1/4 onion, 1 carrot, 1 beet, 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar.
 
Once blended will put 1-2 tbsp of chili pepper and probably 1 tsp of flax oil or hempseed oil.
