Vitamin B12 and raw veganism?
You absolutely need vitamin B12.
Lack can result in neurological problems.
It must be naturally-occurring – methylcobalamin.
B12 for raw vegans?

2. Raw shiitake mushrooms
3. Raw sea buckthorn berries.
4. Organic clean soil
Hey, the first three would go nice together in some salad!
If you are going to rely solely on above sources; monitor your vitamin B12 by doing blood tests every 2-3 years.
A reminder: vitamin B12 gets recycled, so years may pass until you may become deficient.
